We're a specialist dry-hire business that's quite different from most equipment rental outfits. We operate exclusively within the heavy engineering and industrial space to provide the equipment necessary for establishing temporary power and lighting systems. We think like an electrical contractor not a rental company.

Our background is in the events industry where we design, supply and install large-scale, temporary power and lighting systems for major events like Fringe Festival and Mandurah Crab Fest.

We have an extensive inventory of power distribution equipment tailored to the requirements of temporary power networks for heavy engineering, construction and shut-down projects.

We'll work with you to understand which gear is best suited to your application, advise on any necessary ancillary equipment, explain how to bring it all together and if asked, come on-site to deal with any issues. Because we hold an electrical contractor licence, our gear is always fully-compliant with the relevant electrical codes.

Our gear is a major factor in our success. We're not a supplier of gensets, but we'll work with your nominated provider (or recommend some). We're not a cross-hirer but we'll work to acquire extra gear to meet your requirements. We're not a general hire company but take an industrial approach to project design, provisioning and management.

Much of our gear is rated for resource, shipyard, construction and plant maintenance applications: heavy-duty, robust, reliable and safe. It is all maintained in fully-serviceable condition, carries current testing certification and arrives on-site clean and complete.

We specialise in supplying distribution boards, lights, cables, adaptors and connectors to configure temporary power and lighting networks for breakdown, emergency or surge situations.

We can also advise on setting up a stand-alone power system and help ensure the right gear is deployed for any application. And if you'd prefer to not sweat the hardstuff, we can refer you across to our sister outfit, Lobel Events, to do the full installation.
